Honouring the Legacy of a Life Well Lived

In February 2026, members of Nzema Union UK gathered in Milton Keynes to honour and celebrate the remarkable life of the beloved mother of our Vice Chairperson.

This is Celebrating the Legacy of a respected father.

In May 2026, members traveled to London to stand alongside our sister, Djoukoua, and her family as they celebrated the life and legacy of her late father.

Biennial Leadership Elections

On 4 July 2026, Nzema Union UK successfully conducted its biennial leadership elections in accordance with the Union’s constitution.

We congratulate all newly elected officers and thank every member who participated in the electoral process.

This special occasion will provide an opportunity to celebrate another successful year, recognise the dedication of our members and volunteers, reflect upon our achievements, and look ahead to the exciting opportunities that await us.

Online Meetings via Zoom

The Union holds ten (10) official online meetings each calendar year, with each meeting taking place on the last Saturday of the month using the Zoom platform.

These meetings enable members to:

  • Receive important Union updates.
  • Discuss governance and welfare matters.
  • Review charitable and community projects.
  • Plan future events and activities.
  • Share ideas and strengthen collaboration.
  • Promote unity amongst members across the United Kingdom.
